9am - Sound Bath

Ease into your Sunday by gathering with community to experience deep relaxation and healing and Andy guides the group towards restoring balance with a luxurious and indulgent sound bath.  Using tibetan signing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, Andy creates an immersive sound environment that can help to reduce stress levels, quiet the mind and encourage deep relaxation. The vibrations of each instrument create a space in which the physical body can completely relax - allowing you to enter into an altered state of consciousness to promote healing on all levels.

There will be floor seating, chair seating and wheel chair accessible seating areas available at this event. There is an ADA ramp, compliant flooring and ADA bathroom at our center. Kids room will be open and an attendant present (parent or caretaker must remain in the center at all times). Kids activities hosted by Little Island.
