About the event
Dakota Gonzalez LMT of Centered Flow Therapeutics holds space for us to connect with our connective tissue at Connect Community Center for Wellbeing. We will learn the anatomy of fascia, explore some new findings and theories, and look over educational materials to get an understanding its importance and function. After that we will turn our focus inward to engage in ways to care for our fascia. We will do so through a meditative mindfulness practice, learning about and practice pandiculation and how to benefit from engaging in it, and explore ways we can shift our diets and habits to nourish our fasica.
