Gong Bath with Aria Thomé

Gongs and sound healing instruments help to regulate the nervous system, glandular systems, and recalibrate brainwave activity. They can break circular thinking and help to repattern your thoughts to form healthier forms of thinking. Your body will restructure to release nitric oxide which will help in circulation and with immunity. Overall, you’ll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and recharged.

Participants will be invited to lay down on a yoga mat, with bolsters and blankets. Feel free to bring any additional pillows or items for your comfort. We will start with intention setting and a short breathing exercise and then you're invited to lay down and bathe in the sounds.
